Official Hacoo help material breaks delivery into preparation, shipping and final delivery—not one universal promise.
Plan a smaller first order ↗Shipping
One official EU help page states 3–7 days preparation, 7–15 days shipping and 5–10 days final delivery: 15–28 days total.
Shipping
Another official page shows slightly different processing ranges, so the order-level estimate should control.
Shipping
An official fee FAQ says parcels above 3 kg add a charge per extra 0.5 kg; confirm the current regional rule before paying.
The official timeline is a guide, not a promise
Hacoo's English shipping page says receiving time is usually about 15–28 days and defines it as processing time plus shipping time. The same page lists 15–25 days for the UK, France, Germany and Italy; 15–30 days for Spain; and 25–65 days for other countries. It also says normal processing takes 3–5 business days and that express shipping can be as fast as 5–7 working days.
These ranges should never be converted into a guaranteed arrival date. Hacoo explicitly says shipping times are guidelines and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Regional logistics, force majeure, pre-orders and back-orders can change the sequence, and a multi-item order may arrive in separate parts.
Address, tracking and split-parcel checks
The official page places responsibility on the buyer to enter the correct shipping address and advises contacting support immediately if it is wrong, because the correction window can be short. Save the order confirmation and inspect every address line before processing advances.
If tracking marks a parcel delivered but it is not present, Hacoo directs the customer to report the matter to the relevant carrier. For orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items, the official page says available items may ship first and the remaining items later. A partial delivery therefore does not automatically mean the rest of the order is lost.
