ROUTE 07 / GUIDE
Build the decision before the parcel.
Search, verify, compare, estimate and only then decide—the sequence matters more than the hype.

Match the lead image and destination ID first.

Compare measurements and visible construction second.

Add item cost, possible shipping stages and return limits before deciding.
A safer sequence: discover, verify, compare, estimate, decide
First define the item in neutral terms and open a small comparison set. Second verify that each card image and destination ID still match. Third compare measurements, construction cues and visible flaws. Fourth add the current item price to the order-level shipping information and consider the official delivery range. Only then decide whether the remaining uncertainty is acceptable.
This order prevents a common mistake: becoming attached to a product before checking the evidence that could rule it out. It also creates useful notes for after-sale support because the saved ID, images, measurement expectations and dates show what was reviewed before purchase.
Returns and after-sale support need dated evidence
Hacoo's shipping page says after-sale support may be requested within 15 days of delivery and instructs customers to follow the refund process. That statement is not permission to assume every case will be approved. Eligibility, evidence and current regional instructions still matter.
On delivery, photograph the unopened parcel if it appears damaged, then record the label, packaging and item condition. Keep screenshots of the order and any size or product information relied upon. If there is a problem, describe the observable difference precisely and submit it within the stated window instead of relying on broad claims.
